Tricentis Examination Policy v08.2022
The following policy outlines the conditions under which examinations are taken in the Tricentis Learning Portal. By beginning an examination, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these conditions.
For Class Examinations, you have two attempts to complete the examination. If you are not able to successfully complete the examination after two attempts, you will automatically be assigned a third and final attempt to take the examination.
For Role-End Examinations, you have one attempts to complete the examination. If you are not able to successfully complete the examination after the first attempts, you will automatically be assigned a second and final attempt to take the examination.
A further attempt (a fourth attempt for Class Examination/ a third attempt for Role-End Examinations) can only be provided after a time-out period of three months. Tricentis cannot provide further attempts due to technical difficulties or interruptions and it is not possible to provide an additional attempt before the three months have elapsed. Once the three months have elapsed, you can contact Tricentis Support and request a further attempt.
It is therefore your responsibility to ensure that you have an appropriate environment to take the exam, as it is not possible to provide a further attempt. If you suffer technical difficulties, like a power outage or loss of internet connection, you should use your additional automatically assigned attempt to retake the examination.
We strongly recommend to thoroughly review all course materials before taking this exam. This significantly increases the probability of a successful outcome from the exam.
