The Consumer Operations user within LiveCompare leverages comparison reports generated by the application, assessing the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of their applications. As such, this group of Consumer is skilled at interpreting various comparison metrics between two or more software versions or configurations. They are also skilled at interpreting the various similarities and differences reported by LiveCompare, such as code changes, data discrepancies and differences between production and development environments, to name a few. These provide insights into the impact on the overall health and quality of the application. Based on these findings, the Consumer Operations users can provide optimization recommendations.
LiveCompare training for the Consumer user-role consists primarily of learning how interpret and consume the reports relevant to their job responsibilities. The Consumer user-role does not require in-depth technical LiveCompare specific skills to leverage the value of the application. In day-today operations, the Consumer may not even interact with LiveCompare as analysis results can be configured to be auto-delivered to Consumers.
