Performance testers in NeoLoad possess knowledge in the performance engineering field, a subset of software quality assurance. This enables them to play a pivotal role in designing, executing, and analyzing the performance of different Software Systems by simulating user interactions under various conditions, generating different Loads on the Systems under Test (SuT), and conducting performance analysis. The role is multifaceted, with responsibilities ranging from planning, designing, and executing performance tests to analyzing test results and conducting various performance optimization measures with the goal of improving the application performance and ultimately the user experience. Specializing in performance testing methodologies, tools and techniques, performance testers have a very broad background, with expertise in parameterization and correlation while having a high understanding of the Business Processes that need to be tested in the Software System.
