Test Analyst for Tricentis qTest

Welcome to your journey to become a Test Analyst for Tricentis qTest.

The Test Analyst for Tricentis qTest focuses on the Test case creation from requirements and Test Execution. They are responsible for creating requirements as per the test plan, creating Test cases which fulfill the requirements, test execution, and defect reporting. This training is suitable for a Test Analyst and Senior Software Engineer or Analyst, with 1-3 years of experience. Individuals that have a deep knowledge in quality assurance with focus on Test case creation, test execution and defect reporting, are prepared for this role path. This role path takes .75 days, or 6 hours, to complete. 

Upon completion of this path, the learner will be able to perform the following activities in qTest:
     1. Create and import Requirements 
     2. Create and approve test cases in Test Design section
     3. Execute test cases and log defect in the Test Execution section
     4. Perform Exploratory Testing and Parameterization
     5. List the qTest best practices

Once finished, Test Analysts are encouraged to utilize our Learn Along with Experts workshop sessions on technical topics of qTest and our Hands-On Use Cases for performing hands on exercises on real world testing use cases.
