The Test Manager for Tricentis qTest focuses on the management, coordination, and report of Test Execution. They are responsible for test planning, managing requirements, and monitoring Test case creation and test execution, as well as Test insights and Reporting. This path is suitable for a Test Lead, Test Manager, or Senior Software Engineer or Analyst, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience. Specific prerequisite knowledge includes having a thorough understanding of test and project management, test analysis and metrics. This complete role takes 1.5 days, or 13 hours, to complete. 

The objectives of this role path are to prepare Test Managers to:
     1. Create and manage a project in qTest
     2. Set up a Test Plan
     3. Create and import Requirements 
     4. Create and approve test cases in the Test Design section
     5. Execute test cases and log defects in the Test Execution section
     6. Perform Exploratory Testing, Parameterization, and Jira integration
     7. Utilize Different settings
     8. Utilize the qTest best practices

Once the path is complete, Test Managers for Tricentis qTest are encouraged to utilize additional resources fitting to their role.
