Request Certificate Transfer

This form can be used to transfers your certificates and course completions from one account to the other.

To complete this form, you will need provide the following information:

• The email address(es) of the account(s) with which you originally completed courses
• The email address to which you would like to move the certificates

Please note the following:

• You must complete this form using the account to which the certificates should be migrated. You cannot transfer certificates by completing this form from your old account.
• If you cannot remember which email ID was used to complete the courses, you may also submit the unique identifying code on your certificates.
• We will aim to transfer your certificates within one working day, however, it may take up to three working days.
